There are days when I long for soup. But, cooking homemade soup can make your kitchen quite hot. So...I am experimenting with crockpot recipes. This is the second time I have cooked a potato soup in the crockpot. I will have to say, it is quite delicious. And so begins the journey of crockpot soup.
